All good things must come to an end.

As founder of Marketing & Communication Strategies, Inc. it’s been an exciting journey as an entrepreneur, woman in business, marketer and adjunct professor. I am grateful for all the organizations I’ve helped, the people I’ve met and the support I’ve received as a business woman in Cedar Rapids.
As I move into the next phase of my life, I plan to teach, write, and work for the new organization, as I hand over the day-to-day activities of business to my co-workers, Christa Nelson and Anna Patty. They have chosen a new name, but will provide the same marketing, design, digital marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, public relations, and strategic marketing for your needs. My confidence in their abilities is solid, knowing their strengths, commitment and dedication to those they work with.
I assure you that the high quality of craftsmanship, creativity, and the same high-quality service you’ve come to expect from MCS will be a benefit to you in the future with Epiphany. The fresh new innovative look, name and tagline, “Your Creative Spark,” can launch your marketing efforts into the future.
Christa Nelson is a creative thinker, digital marketer, strategist, and designer who holds an MBA and many years of experience in marketing. She’s also an adjunct professor at the University of Dubuque and a wonderful source of business knowledge.
Anna Patty has several years experience in the marketing field with a deep understanding of the non-profit world – fundraising, marketing, writing, development, digital marketer and public relations. You can’t go wrong with her dynamic ideas.
I’ll still be around for your needs – so give me a call, send me an email, or let’s schedule a meeting. Please stop by our office to meet the team on November 29th. We will have an open house from noon – 6 pm. Join us for a hot beverage and cookies. The transition will take place by the first of the year, so please stop and see me and come and meet Christa and Anna. I look forward to continuing to enjoy the positive relationship we’ve all established over the years.
